The Houston Chronicle reports on a case of fraudulent flu vaccine (i.e., water) being administered to Exxon Mobil employees and residents of three nursing homes in Houston. Not only were these folks placed at further risk for the flu,

Many of those who received the shots are being tested for blood-borne pathogens such as HIV and hepatitis C in case dirty needles were reused.
